As the powerhouse CEO of Kindall Evolve, Jackie’s vast experience with leadership, organization development, human resources, and diversity, equity, and inclusion are key to her success in cultivating extraordinary leaders and teams. Jackie collaborates with organizations across the country to create inclusive, vibrant workplaces.

She is a Certified Executive Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Center for Creative Leadership, and John Maxwell International. She has an M.S. in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University and a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA.

Lawrence Dunford, CPC, MA

Lawrence is Kindall Evolve’s Consulting Partner. Lawrence has successfully led Organization Development & Learning initiatives across various industries including Healthcare, Retail and Commercial Banking, Media and Technology. In these roles, along with his early experience as a US Army Behavioral Science Specialist, Lawrence has developed deep expertise in individual assessment, group analysis, conflict resolution, coaching, problem solving and change management.

A leader of several high performing teams himself, he is an advocate for emotional intelligence, dialogue, role-clarification, and conflict management. Because he has worked both internally and externally in organizations, he knows how to support others in improving business processes during challenging times. He is frequently called upon as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams. He has consistently received positive feedback for his clarity, breadth of knowledge, coaching experience, and engaging teaching style.

Erin is a Certified Executive Coach. As a career corporate communications professional, Erin has been coaching for years. Her “superpower” is seeing the possibilities in people and helping them to shine. She has two decades of senior-level operating experience and communication advisory to CEOs and business leaders at global companies including LinkedIn, Google, Visa, Airbus, GoDaddy, and Barclays Global Investors.

Erin enjoys working with individuals at all stages in their careers —especially curious, optimistic, and motivated professionals who want to communicate better, develop their executive presence, navigate critical career moments more intentionally, and push themselves to the next level.
