Jackie is a Certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation, Center for Creative Leadership, and John Maxwell International. She has an M.S. in Organization Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University and a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA.

Lawrence’s successful 15-year career in Organizational Development & Learning has given him extensive experience working with the banking, healthcare, media, and technology industries.
Susan is an executive assistant with experience in many business fields, including property management, education, medical services, product sales, and more. With 40+ years of experience and an eye for detail, Susan’s core competencies include step-by-step planning, program strategy, writing and editing, and customer service. After work, Susan enjoys cooking, reading, puzzles, gardening and enjoying nature.
