Jordan Soliday
Workshop Facilitator
Jordan is one of our dynamic workshop facilitators and consultants. He led the co-creation of Unhurried Design, an approach that aims to make design more human, sociable, and sustainable. He also developed a contemplative storytelling workshop experience called “Your Epic Ordinary Life.”
As a trusted advisor, Jordan has facilitated design thinking projects and leadership trainings for thousands of people ranging from Fortune 500 companies—including Disney, NFL, and 3M—to higher education, startups, hospitals, and non-profit organizations around the world. Recent clients include MIT xPRO, Rotman, NFL, Axonius, and Emeritus.
Jordan is currently completing research on the role hurry plays in leadership and organizations, precepted by an associate fellow at Oxford Saïd. He holds certificates in Advanced Design Thinking from IDEO U, Leading from the Emerging Future from u.lab (MITx), Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, and Creative Leadership from Creativity Effect, among others.
He hails from a small town in Pennsylvania and is currently traveling between the States and Europe while working remotely.
