Lawrence is Kindall Evolve’s Consulting Partner. Lawrence has successfully led Organization Development & Learning initiatives across various industries including Healthcare, Retail and Commercial Banking, Media and Technology. In these roles, along with his early experience as a US Army Behavioral Science Specialist, Lawrence has developed deep expertise in individual assessment, group analysis, conflict resolution, coaching, problem solving and change management.
A leader of several high performing teams himself, he is an advocate for emotional intelligence, dialogue, role-clarification, and conflict management. Because he has worked both internally and externally in organizations, he knows how to support others in improving business processes during challenging times. He is frequently called upon as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams.
